Project Overview:
The Durrat Al Bahrain Package 2041 Infrastructure Phase represents a significant milestone in the development of the prestigious Durrat Al Bahrain residential and tourist resort. Spanning across an expansive 20 sq. km area, encompassing 13 meticulously crafted manmade islands, this transformative project embodies the epitome of luxury living and leisure.
Scope of Works:
Under the expert guidance of our esteemed team, the following scope of works was meticulously executed to ensure the seamless integration of essential infrastructure:
- Infrastructure Development: Comprehensive infrastructure works, including roads, substations, water supply systems, telecommunications, and sewerage networks, were meticulously planned and executed to uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Utilities and Services: All infrastructure to Atolls 1-4, Petals 1-3, and Mainland “A,” alongside primary services to Petals 4 & 5, were meticulously installed to cater to the diverse needs of residents and visitors alike.
- Landscaping and Amenities: Soft landscaping to Mainland “A,” incorporating lush greenery and serene vistas, adds an element of tranquility to the vibrant surroundings. Pray park equipment and public landscape furniture were thoughtfully curated to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the resort.
- Pumping Stations and Irrigation Lake: Critical infrastructure elements such as pumping stations and an irrigation lake were meticulously designed and constructed to ensure the efficient management of resources and the sustenance of the resort’s natural beauty.
