Work Description:
Construction of 125m long (4span) U Turn Bridge, 367m long (9span) Left Turn bridge, 595m long Underpass, 3no foot bridge and associated road widening works to improve connectivity between the landmark investment project of Manama Northshore and Mina Salman Junction.
The Scope of works consisting of the following:
- Single lane U-turn flyover (125m long, 4 span) near Al Fateh Corniche including two nos. of utility culverts.
- Two lane left turn flyover (367m long, 9 span) at Al Fateh Highway/Prince Saud Al Faisal highway / Sh. Daij Avenue junction.
- Dual three lane underpass (595m long U-trough section) at Gulf hotel junction in North South direction.
- MSE wall for approach embankment to the bridge.
- Three-foot bridges near Al Fateh Corniche, Sh. Daij Avenue junction and at Juffair junction.
- 12m deep pumping station (Plan area 158m2) including MEP.
- Road widening works (approx. 4km).
- Road marking, signage and signaling works.
- Safety barriers, noise barriers, at-grade pedestrian facilities.
- Drainage works.
- Street lighting, landscaping and miscellaneous works.
- Relocation of existing utilities.
- Demolition of existing pedestrian bridge.
