Work Description:
Al Raffa Land Development Phase-1 project, area of development is about 102 hectares. The site is in between the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Salman Highway along West the Zallaq Highway along South East of project boundary and situated in the Southern Governorate of Kingdom of Bahrain. Phase 1 of the project is Rough Grading works i.e reshape the existing ground to a planned grade to provide suitable topography for the installation of infrastructure works, construction of buildings and interfacing with existing adjacent features and roads
The Scope of works consisting of the following:
- Earth works (Cut and fill) of the entire site while maintaining the existing natural landscape feature.
- The approximate cut and fill quantities are 537,000 m3 and 630,000 m3 respectively.
- Construction of retaining walls approximately with total length of 1,700m.
- Permanent fence along the site boundary including security gates.
- Slope Protection Works.
- Relocations / Protection of Existing Utilities.
