Project Description:
The project consists of waterfront development to include a number of operational and support buildings which are included whithin project P- 954. The facilities will serve the U.S. Navy personnel assigned to the NSA installation. The architectural design concept is to provide buildings that are functionally appropriate and compatiable with what has been done with the existing facilities on the adjacent NSA compound with respect to finish, color and general charater. This project includes a new small arms range, Guard Tower (2 each) and EOD Team Operations Building. Modifications are to be made to two buildings, a transformer building and a consolidated utility building (CUB). Project bid options includes a highway Flyover Bridge , Pass/ID Building. gate House, Truck Inspection Building and security Kiosk and associated site work/ utilities.
