The works comprises of design and construction of 5 Nos. of compounds each contains a main presidential villa, escort villa and majlis building includes external works such as substation, generator room, service block, drainage lines, storm water lines, electrical lines, chilled water lines, telecom lines, external lighting lines, roads, paver finishes, stone finishes, fountains and boundary wall.
