Nestled along the picturesque Corniche between Bahrain Financial Harbour and Bahrain Bay, this transformative project heralds a new era of luxury retail and urban rejuvenation in the heart of Bahrain.
Brief Description:
The project entails the transformation of the existing Corniche, spanning an expansive land area of 272,344m², into a world-class retail destination boasting a total build-up area of 83,800m². This includes a sprawling mall building covering 81,900m² (comprising a basement of 16,850m² and a mezzanine of 400m²), alongside external structures totaling 1,900m². External works encompass the development of 222,000m², featuring a meticulously designed parking lot accommodating approximately 1,000 cars, driveways, landscaped Corniche areas, boardwalks, and walkways. The Stage 1 Works Package focuses on foundational elements, including piling, basement construction, and the main mall building up to ground floor level.
Scope of Works:
- Mobilization: Efficient deployment of resources and personnel to kickstart project activities.
- Excavation, Dewatering, and Lateral Support: Precision excavation techniques, accompanied by dewatering measures and lateral support where necessary to ensure stable construction conditions.
- Piling, Pile Caps, Basement Raft Slab, Retaining Walls, and Ground Floor Grade Slab: Structural elements meticulously crafted to meet rigorous standards of safety and durability.
- Temporary Hoarding along EWA Corridor: Provision of temporary hoarding along the EWA (Electricity and Water Authority) corridor to ensure site security and seamless construction operations.
