Nass Contracting initiated its Summer Heat Stress Campaign during the 4th week of June, in cooperation with Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labour.
The campaign followed a ‘Heat Stress Care’ theme and included series of medical check-ups for workers on site, followed by a heat stress seminar to all safety managers and supervisors.
The seminar introduced heat stress, heat exhaustion and heat stroke symptoms, prevention and remedial procedures to be followed at construction sites.
