- Building Structure: The structure boasts a concrete-framed design with meticulously crafted masonry walls, complemented by exquisite external finishes. The integration of state-of-the-art MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and ID (Interior Design) works elevates the project’s aesthetic and functional appeal, culminating in a built-up area (BUA) of 470 square meters.
- Site and Development Area: Spanning a site area of 6165 square meters and a development area of 3300 square meters, the project embodies a harmonious blend of spatial efficiency and architectural grandeur.
