The project (Stage-3, Phase-1) involves the transformation of Arad Highway through the Falcon Interchange, including reclamation for a new 398m dual-carriageway flyover connecting Arad Highway and Khalifa Al Khabeer Highway, a new bridge over Arab Bay, and associated works like pedestrian ramps, road markings, safety and noise barriers, landscaping, ITS, utility diversions, storm drainage, and street lighting.
