The ASRY Basin Quay Wall Project stands as a testament to precision engineering and meticulous execution, undertaken in collaboration with esteemed client ASRY and overseen by consultancy leader Royal Haskoning. Located within the ASRY Dry Dock facility in Hidd, Bahrain, this project represents a pivotal advancement in marine infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency and safety standards.
Scope of Work:
Our scope of work encompassed a comprehensive array of tasks, meticulously executed to meet the highest industry standards:
- Installation of HV Switchgear, LV Panels & DBs: Precision installation of high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage panels, and distribution boards to ensure seamless electrical distribution within the facility.
- Installation of HV/LV Cable in Trench and Cable Tray: Methodical installation of high-voltage and low-voltage cables within trenches and cable trays, adhering to stringent safety and performance standards.
- Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Transformers up to 2500KVA & Generators 600/250KVA: Precise installation, rigorous testing, and meticulous commissioning of transformers and generators, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Testing and Commissioning of HV/LV Panels, Transformers, Generators & Cables: Thorough testing and commissioning of high-voltage/low-voltage panels, transformers, generators, and cables to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Frequency Controller with 60Hz Transformer: Implementation of frequency controllers and transformers calibrated to 60Hz specifications, facilitating seamless operations within the facility.
- Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 35m High Mast Poles with Feeder Pillar: Precision installation, rigorous testing, and meticulous commissioning of 35m high mast poles equipped with feeder pillars, ensuring optimal illumination and safety within the dockyard.
- Installation of Bus Duct: Methodical installation of bus duct systems to facilitate efficient power distribution throughout the facility, optimizing energy management and operational performance.
