Project Description: The University’s approximate site area is 71,896m2 and is located adjacent to the Royal University for Women, Riffa area. The University will have an approximate GFA of 23,000m2 to accommodate a total number of 3,700 students. The University will consist of a Foundation Program and five Academic Colleges: The College of Arts and Sciences, The College of Business and Management, The College of Architecture and Design, The College of Engineering and The College of Medicine and Health Sciences Construction of seven academic buildings plus associated external works
