Project Overview:
The American University of Bahrain in Riffa stands as a hallmark of educational excellence, meticulously crafted by Elm Al Bahrain Real Estate S.P.C under the expert consultation of HAJ & GHE. Situated along the prestigious Al Muskar highway on a sprawling 70,000 sqm plot of prime land, this internationally acclaimed university campus spans a total built area of 22,000 sqm.
Project Description:
The project encompasses the construction of a world-class educational facility comprising nine buildings, complemented by meticulously planned hard and soft landscaping, on-grade shaded car parks, utilities buildings, and site-wide infrastructure.

- On-Grade Shaded Car Parks: Thoughtfully planned parking facilities to ensure convenience and comfort for students, faculty, and visitors.
- Utilities Buildings: Essential infrastructure to support the smooth functioning of the campus.
- Shell and Core Handover: All buildings will be handed over as shell and core, with civil, architectural internal and external finishes, and MEP finishes completed by the main contractor.
- ID Fit-Outs: Interior design fit-outs to be completed by designated furniture ID contractors and tenants, ensuring a seamless integration of functionality and aesthetics.
- External Canopy and Boundary Wall: Enhancements including external canopy installations between buildings, as well as boundary walls to delineate the campus perimeter.
- Water Features: Aesthetic water features integrated into the project design to create a serene and inviting atmosphere.
