Includes the supply & installation of a steel framed structure on pad foundations on imported fill, insulted block work external walls, roof cladding and lights, lightweight partitions with steel framed supports to form shop units with integral roller shutter & signage, utilities are as, glazed entry screens, windows & doors, floor wall & ceiling finish es throughout, fittings & fixtures, full MEP service provisions.
