Project Description:
Construction of 11 Storey concrete structure having two towers connected by a Podium & consisting of 280 Nos luxurious apartments with retail space on the lower floors. Works include the civil & MEP works complete with external & internal Finishes. The project sits on a 146,162sq.m. plot which is a part of the overall Marassi Development. The Floor area is around 54,000m2.
